- I have tried to monitor AO-27, but I haven't heard anything. I have been able
- to monitor AO-21 (at 145.987) with a HT with rubber duck antenna, but I can't
- hear the AO-27 with a large roof mounted antenna. According to the STS+
- program, AO-27 is supposed to get close to Indianapolis on 4/3/94 at 11:28 -
- 11:43AM (EST). From the information I have found It's downlink frequency is
- 436.8 and it uses FM voice. Is this correct?
-
- Thanks for your help.

- Latest information says that it is available for hams only on weekends
- and when the satellite is in sunlight.
-
- The commercial payload is in use more now.
